ORANGE

BANANA
Banana is a great source of vitamin C, potassium and fibre. The potassium content of bananas is particularly high compared to other fruits and foods. Potassium is an electrolyte that plays an important role in protein synthesis and the maintenance and growth of muscle mass, as it regulates nerve impulses for muscle contraction. A diet rich in potassium protects against the onset of high blood pressure by helping to remove excess sodium.
